Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I built this, you can select which parent item group to sync and all children get synced to woocommerce. all items getting synced later will have the correct category linked.

If you are interested, let me know and I prepare a pull request.

Is it intended to be used as a one-off action? If so, perhaps slot it under a new tab called "Utilities" or "Tools". I have more such stuff planned to perform one-time actions manually
