Import orders from Woo to ERP fail

Current Behavior

I can import Sales Orders, but when I try to convert those into Sales Invoices, the process fails every time. I have to manually create sales orders every time.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Let order happen on woo
2. Import as sales order to erp next
3. create sales invoice

Expected Behavior

Sales invoice goes through, currently get's stuck

Hi, this sounds like an issue I struggled with for a while, so I'll just share my experience in case it's relevant and helps you / a developer solve it.
I had attempted to set up an "on submit" server script that generated a purchase invoice from Sales Orders which were created by WooCommerce Fusion. I would often get a "timestamp mismatch" error. The problem had to do with the fact that when a Sales Order was submitted, two processes kicked off:

1. WooCommerce Fusion tried to create a Payment Entry for the order and then update the Sales Order's 'woocommerce_payment_entry' field.
2. My custom script tried to create a Purchase Invoice based on the Sales Order.
   I think that both processes (1 and 2) were attempting to update the Sales Order. One would get to it first, and the 2nd would complain that something had changed.
   My solution to this was to ensure there was a time gap between SO's being submitted, and PI's being created from them. I turned off the "submit SO" button in WC Fusion server settings. I have a script that scans SOs every 5 minutes and creates a PI for any SO's that are submitted but haven't been billed. Then, the script finds any SO's with a woocommerce ID which haven't been submitted. So when a WC SO draft is created by wc fusion, it gets submitted within 5 minutes (and WC Fusion creates a payment entry); and then 5 minutes later the PI is created.
