Possible to display 12 hour time instead of 24 hour?

Is it possible to have Scrutiny (web) display12-hour time (ie. 3:00 pm) instead of 24-hour (ie. 15:00) time?

Not currently possible, but this is a reasonable request. Filed as #445 to add a 12-hour / 24-hour time format preference in settings.

The default will remain 24-hour so nothing changes for existing users. Once implemented, you will be able to toggle it from the settings page.
