feat(ui): attribute Backblaze as the source of drive failure rate data

Summary

The failure rate data used for SMART threshold assessment comes from Backblaze drive stats. The UI should call this out with a Backblaze logo and link wherever failure rates are displayed.

Why

Attribution is important for data credibility. Users should know where the failure rate baselines come from so they can evaluate their reliability and understand the methodology.

Acceptance Criteria

• Identify where failure rates are displayed in the UI (SMART attribute table, threshold info, etc.)
• Add Backblaze logo + link to the relevant UI section(s)
• Attribution is unobtrusive but visible (tooltip or small footer link is acceptable)

Status audit: current develop includes Backblaze attribution in the SMART failure-rate tooltip. Remaining gap from the original acceptance criteria: add a Backblaze logo and/or link, or revise acceptance if tooltip-only attribution is the intended final behavior. Keeping open.
