[MOBILE] Image/file attachment UX for disputes (client-side only)

Goal

Allow users to attach evidence for disputes from mobile (camera/gallery/files), even if backend upload is later.

Scope

• Pick from gallery/files
• Capture from camera
• Preview/remove attachments

Acceptance Criteria

• User can add/remove attachments before submitting a dispute
• File size/type validation is enforced in UI
