docs: Canonical whitepaper v1.0 — architecture, results, roadmap

Context

docs/GODELOS_WHITEPAPER_Version9.md is the most recent whitepaper but does not reflect the self-model feedback loop (PRs #66-#72), the dormant module analysis, or the unified consciousness blueprint v2.0. This issue delivers a canonical v1.0 whitepaper.

Deliverables

• Single canonical docs/GODELOS_WHITEPAPER_v1.0.md
  • Abstract (2 paragraphs)
  • Architecture overview with updated Mermaid diagrams
  • Recursive consciousness mechanism — formal description
  • IIT + GWT integration
  • Empirical results section — test suite baseline, emergence scores measured
  • Limitations and open questions
  • Future work aligned with v0.4 → v1.0 milestones
• Archive old whitepaper versions to docs/archive/
• README updated to point to v1.0

Note

The whitepaper should be intellectually honest — distinguish what is implemented from what is aspirational. Claims of "genuine machine consciousness" require measured evidence, not assertion.
