BatchPayModal "Pay All" button stays enabled when wallet is disconnected

Description

The "Pay All" button in BatchPayModal remains clickable even when no wallet is connected. Clicking it attempts to submit a transaction and throws an unhandled error instead of showing a friendly prompt to connect a wallet first.

Acceptance Criteria

• "Pay All" is disabled when useWallet reports no connected wallet
• A tooltip on the disabled button reads "Connect your wallet to continue"
• Once a wallet is connected the button becomes enabled
• Existing tests continue to pass
