How do I get out of the blue bar?

When I am using this in meetings, I get my mouse taken away from me and it goes into DeskPad and then I cannot take it out and it just hits the borders of DeskPad and I can’t do anything on my main computer

You should be able to move the mouse off one of the four sides of the window back onto your desktop; you can change which side using the OSX arrange desktops tool.
