Initially, I had planned on Vme.Eposity.QueryModelWriter being an F# service, but (for now at least) the C# will remain the entry point.
Need to create a F# class library and move all the F# code from Vme.Eposity.QueryModelWriter into it.
Get rid of that project, and recreate the project as a C# Web App
