Add more configuration by inserting CORE_SET_CONFIG into the NCI initialisation

So we can eg change polling loop frequency by setting TOTAL_DURATION

The reason for setting TOTAL_DURATION is we need to know the length of the cycle, if we want to be able to define some timeout for not having detected any tags...
