Baro: Initial R3 Driver Implementation #8

The IMU and baro are the first two critical sensors we want in place.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should be able to read 6 contiguous bytes like the I2C interface for temp and pressure. Thus, we might be able to work within the existing baro.c file, your call. We just need both 24-bit values plus processing functions.
