[QUEST] Egg Hunt - Silithid Mound

**Describe the bug**
Two issues
1. Sometimes a Silithid Mound when looted can have no loot and despawn
2. If a Silithid Protector spawns from a mound - it will instant aggro you, there is no ~2 sec delay

**Expected behavior**
1. Should always carry at least 1 egg
2. The Silithid Protector should not instant aggro you upon spawn
