Build instructions for Maya 2019

Are there any build instructions available for this plug-in? I am currently trying to compile for Maya 2019 but no luck so far

We've been able to compile it for 2018/2019/2020 on Windows. I'd have to dig back to see exactly what we did, but I was using Visual Studio 2019. You need compile against the Maya SDK headers for the version of Maya you are compiling for (download from Autodesk, there's an "include" directory) and the Intel MKL (Math Kernel Library) stuff (download from Intel), and link against the MKL and the "lib" directory of your Maya20xx application.

Some of the code wants an "M_PI" define for the value of pi. I think we put in a #define _USE_MATH_DEFINES in a couple of the Unwrapper files to pick this up. Maya's MTypes.h header defined this through 2019, but it seems to have been dropped in 2020, so we just copied their def to a general preprocessor directive "M_PI=3.14159265358979323846".
