WASM not work

I take a look why WASM compiling not works ( https://swiftpackageindex.com/builds/A96675C6-71FE-45E0-BE42-ECF697616DC2 ).

Im not sure, is WASM for Swift 6.3 installed, like https://www.swift.org/documentation/articles/wasm-getting-started.html tells us? What means

error: No Swift SDK found matching query `swift-6.3-RELEASE_wasm` and host triple `x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu`. Use `swift sdk list` command to see available Swift SDKs.
