Add ability to read temperature through arbitrary value access

Problem

Steadwin have replaced message 0x15 (Get_Temperature) with another value so temperature will need to be accessed through arbitrary value access instead

• Add handling for rx_sdo and tx_sdo
• Read from the necessary IDs
