Output of stage2 different from the description

In the description of stage 2, it's not mentioned the files ct_s2_def_stitched and ct_s2_def.
It's not mentioned that ct_s2 is just the ct_s1 clipped between -1024,3071 and that ct_s2_def is the final registered file.
Also, it's not clear what scan is the moving scan, if the ct scan or the input (MRI or CBCT).

Maybe it could be added step by step what was done to obtain the validation and test set files, taking as starting point the training files, although they are not the same.
