Important! If you are using tools for the first time, please read Beginner's guide and AlienFX-GUI readme to configure out its concept and operation principle.

Fan-SDK_V1.zip have binaries built against older fan control version, use it only in case you know what you're doing (or have Aurora R7), check readme file inside archive first to configure out how to make it working!

Changes into this release:

Light control SDK:

• Experimental: Much faster power button set for newer APIv4 chip (PID_0551). Seems like Dell fix it (compare to older PID_0550)! Still need stability testing, but works well at my gear.

AlienFX-GUI, AlienFan-GUI:

• Edit box added to fan control UI for faster TCC change (also current TCC visible at UI). Thanks to @StoolMonster for hint and draft code!

AlienFX-GUI:

• Patch for Aurora R15/R16 blinking power button. It's not a bug, but i just doesn't expect some tron setup can have more, then 64 lights!
• Power button stage now changed immediately after "Power button" checked/unchecked at "Devices and Grids" tab.
• Warning added then power button state to change (it can take up to 15 seconds at older PID_0500 chip). Wait until other confirmation about operation done.

Hello, I'm having a problem where, when I activate "G Mode," the computer starts freezing and the audio crackles. I’m using a Dell G15 5520. Also, how do I update it—do I just run the file and it updates automatically?

1. 5515/5520 is a bit buggy. We have an issue about it, join the discussion and testing.
2. Yes, just run install or unzip file into the same folder. Configuration will be keeped.
