Add a !gitrole.

Instead of a linked role by connecting github, anyone can link their github and do that command (!gitrole). No reason for change but it would be nice.

Hi, can you elaborate on what !gitrole would do? Account linking is a discord feature that allows displays linked accounts on your profile.

When a linked role is used, many people ask "How do I get (That Role)". And it will take a little for people to figure out how to apply the linked role, so maybe this command can be an ALTERNATIVE along with linked roles.
Mainly no changes just a small change that could POSSIBLY overtake linked roles.
