Models - Default Namespaces & Class Names

This support package contains a config file that allows the Ecommerce packages that extend it to correctly reference models and allow flexibility of overriding models throughout the implementation.

The config file will be updated with the default models in each of the packages.

There should also be a helper created to easily reference the models.
