Deleting a stump on website does not remove all files #75

I had added two stumps for Valutec and STS to the stumps.mw.inc server by directly moving the .body and .stump files I created on a local machine over to the server, and verified that they were being served properly.

I later went and deleted those stumps from the stumps server by using the stumps website ui, by viewing the stumps for those websites, selecting the stump, choosing Delete Stump, then confirming.

However, when i looked at the Stumps directory for the stumps server, I noticed that the oresponse.body files for both of the stumps I deleted were still in their respective website directories. Looking through I noticed a few other orphaned .body files, some of them orequest.body, unrelated to any stumps that I had made.
