embed your code to automatically make horrible js

Hi!
nice work.
I can't figure out how to pass my js to your compileToString and feed my webbrowser with it while it understands it.
When I copy/paste the example (the inputting of factor1), I get the "test" in the console. Perfect.
When I convert my own code, paste it into my code I don't get the script running.
Could you please elaborate a bit on how to 'crypt' and use the resulting code?
