Add group to midge definition file

Right now the group is hard coded to be 1 in https://github.com/TUDelft-SPC-Lab/midge-code/blob/master/BadgeFramework/hub_connection.py#L4

It should be an optional parameter in the csv file that defines the mac address and ids.
