.ATF file decoding error, not a valid ATF file

Hi,
I was trying to compare this project with Adobe png2atf. When I generated the .atf file it says Complete..., but when I try to open the file with atfinfo.exe or ATFViewer.exe it says the file is invalid.

Using atfinfo.exe v0.4 and ATFViewer.exev0.7
