3.5.2 is rolling out over the next week. It does not directly address this issue but some underlying parts were changed. Please give it a test and let me know if the problem is still present.

After today's latest update, the problem still persists. Furthermore, the user icons are no longer visible.

User icons do seem to be broken, shouldn't be related. I will try to investigate what might be causing your other issue.

Also, I just noticed that I can't see the "Location" field in the stream info. The field seems to load forever.

Plex.tv is down causing extra issues right now. That is the source of the user icon issues and likely any other issues related to Plex (not Tautulli) data.

Ok then we'll wait. Plex still has problems. But the main problem with this issue seems to still be there.
