Colab version of Tavern AI is not loading the Characters.

It's giving the page with Chloe correctly.
However, when I try to go for "Character Library", I can't see any characters. Also, when I try to login, I get "server error".
This issue has started since 20 October and was working fine the previous day.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Colab Link.
2. Run the code in "T4 GPU."
3. Click on the "Character Library Image" in page with "Chloe".
4. None of the characters are visible

Expected behavior
I expected a lot of characters and categories to choose from.
