[Feature Request] Allow Vault Chat formatting

Add support for chat formatting via Vault so that plugins such as LuckPerms can display prefixes, suffixes, etc in global tablist and chat.

As per the previous reply, we will check it as soon as we are free from uni's deadlines. Many thanks for this suggestion about the use of Vault :)
