App: Display tagged users and preview attached images in the communitycreate screen #534

Currently, when we tag a user or select images to add to a post in the createcommunity screen, there's no visual feedback to let the user know that it's worked and to remind them what exactly they've added/who they've tagged. The UI team has come up with ways to show this, which need to be implemented.
Check the Figma for how it should look, and clarify with the UI team if you have any questions (the way the attached photos and tagged users display looks is different in each type of post. You may want to ask if this is intenional, or if one way is the right way).
