Walk randomly around the board at the start of the game

Picking a portal does not do anything, it just looks neat.

Estimate of what's needed:

• A method to recognize that the game just started
• Check if there is even an option to select a portal (there's rare events where none are offered)
• Click on one of the three options randomly
• Click on the Vote button that appears at a variable location

a pre vanguard working way was with image capturing:

this should work here too, well it only vortes the one with the coordinates unless one goes rng 1 to 3 with all 3 coordinates

I haven't seen portals be a thing in the current set, it's okay if we don't do this. We could at the start of the game just randomly walk on the board pre-emptively.
