Bubble columns are not identified

Targeting water works just fine, displaying Water and the water bucket icon as one would expect. However, if that water happens to be part of a bubble column, it just gives up. I'd expect that "Bubble Column" and the water bucket icon would be displayed in such cases.

Tested with the showing fluids option set to true in 1.16.5, Fabric API 0.31.0 and 1.9.22.
