When editing an article in the blog, and you want to use one of the tool from the editing bar (list, code, quote, link, ...) you have to upscroll to do it and it is not very efficient.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be better to have the bar always stay on the screen like at the top just under the top bar (with à propos, nos partneaires, ...), or turn it verticaly to have a side bar
