  3. Keep PRs small; match existing tone (materials-first, no invented experience)
  4. Prefer docs / UX copy / self-host checklists / focused tests for a first contribution
  5. Doctrine hard-no: auto-apply, auto-send, silent scrape into resume, invented salary bands
