Integration test fail with bun 1.2

Idk if base or go-synth is a right place to create issue so just put it here.

Bun >= 1.2 now use bun.lock instead of bun.lockb. I think thats why bun install asking for bun init

as discussed, we may want to re-evaluate how we do integration testing with TerraTest (golang > go-synth > bun).

in the meantime I may update go-synth to support Bun 1.2
