Trace log is not rolling over correctly

The trace log is rolled over every time the app runs, with only the latest log being preserved. This is problematic when the app is scheduled to run hourly

Bug inherited from Trk21, when Trk21's log4j.xml was used as a template. See: TerryEbdon/Trk21#63

The log was being rolled over using the wrong name.
