Chore: land or delete root fix_types scripts

Summary

Root fix_types.py / fix_types.ps1 target cleanup of corrupted types. Either make them the official one-shot repair (documented) or delete them.

Acceptance criteria

• Scripts work on Linux paths for this repo or are removed
• README note if kept
• No stale Windows-only paths
