Adding a node resets the position of all nodes

When adding a node, all other nodes reset to their default position (center of screen), causing them to overlap each other.

Example:

• Before adding a new node.

-after adding a new node.

EDIT: This appears to be an issue when deleting nodes and unlinking them as well.

Well spotted! This is a known issue already and is caused by a desync between the node state and local storage.

A temporary workaround is to delete your site data / LocalStorage and refresh the page. As for a more permanent fix, there's a rewrite branch in progress using Svelte 5 which fixes this issue!

I've just been super caught up in uni coursework, so I haven't gotten round to fixing this up yet :p
