Mailer

[deepakpadamata]

Make a module for sending mail from the servers.
The basic mailer is done, but it does not return any success/failuer status.
Usage of promises maybe?

mailer is ready. error handling is now done with simple callback function.
I hav to do on promises. but mailer is working properly with callback
instead of promise. i hav to do with promises.
