[DISCUSSION] Species Direction: Harpies

This is a place to discuss the design direction of harpies, as it was said here #14 that it would need to be remade from the ground up.

Since this is a species i'm heavily biased towards, ill try to mostly refrain from giving specific design or game play recommendations. That being said: personally, i think the traits that generally exemplify harpies are:
They are usually light, usually small, energetic, flashy, can fly, and can make like all the noises.
They are also usually frail, weak, clumsy, wasteful, and probably have a stomach to match their energy.
I think having new harpies reflect how players play harpies would be neat :> (and if anyone has any other traits they feel describe harpies well, write em!)
