Shader Error

When I launch the project now, the project gives shader error,

Maybe due to the Playcanvas shader upgrades.

With the help of @yaustar I converted this project to work with the latest engine: https://github.com/kungfooman/playcanvas-gizmos

However, this PR would still require merging (in whatever shape or form) for the "very latest" changes: playcanvas/engine#5494

I did certain changes to pc-ex:

• use pure ES6 (extra build step of TypeScript is just annoying and wasting time and prevents <script type="module">...</script>) etc.
• hence use JSDoc for types
• enable strict type mode, remove most any useless types, simplify types in certain places
• rewrite syntax which looked ugly too me (too long lines, force newlines in if (...) { return; } etc.
• extra selection when holding CTRL
• fix for using model component aswell, this repo can only select render components
• remove use/cast and other functions I considered unidiomatic and detrimental to a "normal" JS/ES6 experience
• focus solely on the translate/rotate/scale gizmo, because that's the value here
• hence rename project to playcanvas-gizmos

I could spend a lot more time setting up a npm module etc., but I need to do other things, just git clone and you can import it as ES6 module. I also added test.html with a test.mjs, so you can test my repo without npm: https://github.com/kungfooman/playcanvas-gizmos/blob/master/test.mjs

If someone is missing something, just make a PR.
