Bus 001 Device 002: ID 2708:0012 Audient Audient iD48 is the result from lsusb

I am a bit confused on the number of inputs and outputs

There are 24 inputs and 32 outputs however the drivers only let you use 24 of those outputs

There are also inserts and And ADC for bypassing preamps

The iD48 is going to be interesting, since I don't have one myself, and it is kind of guessing at this point how they have implemented the usb calls. I have added it to release 1.0.2 (https://github.com/TheOnlyJoey/MixiD/releases/tag/0.1.2).
It still only has Mic 1, Mic 2 and 8 Digi channel faders for direct monitoring (the channels are in sequence in the usb protocol). Could you check if Digi 1 is setting Digi 1, or if it continues with Mic 3?
That will give me a decent hint to make a config suitable for the iD48. (Should be a good first start).

It is quite hard for me to get at the back of my unit at the moment so i cant test channel 3 (Digi 1) however I have a mic plugged into channel 6 which does correspond to Digi 4 So I believe it is reasonable to assume that the actual Digital channels would start at Digi 7 in the control app. I cant directly test the adat channels as I do not own an Adat expansion so I cant know for certain but it would make sense. If there is anything else I can do to help let me know.

Ok so if Digi 4 works as Mic 6, I think its fair to assume they either moved the Digi channels to another call, or just moved them over and kept iterating.
I am doing a small rework for setting up proper device structs, so the interface can be rerouted to the proper functionality, and will make a broad assumption for now then that it is set up as Mic1-Mic8, then Digi 1 etc and try it out!
Will comment with a new build when ready (should be in a day or two)

Digi inputs 12 - 16. All faders move together and the gui throws an error saying they have the same id

Unfortunately I still find it to be an issue. Specifically the phase button for Mic 1-8 and Digi 1-8 are linked (1 to 1, 2 to 2, etc) , and Digi faders 2 and 12-16 are still linked. Pressing the phase button on Digi 11 causes a segfault. Let me know if there is a better way I can test this.

Ah yeah it seems i forgot to set the counter correctly on the phase buttons, that makes sense. I can't see how 0.1.4 would have linked faders though

I cloned the repo and built it myself as a sanity check for myself. To make sure im not running the same version over and over again. In reading the code, (My C++ is bad at best), I also struggle to see what could be causing duplicated ID's however the gui and the debugger built in say that all those linked faders have a "HoveredId" of 0x4906C4E6.

This build works. No fader linking in this version. Nor phase button links.
