Ok after a bunch of back and forth, I have come to the realization that JAudio is not the c variant from something like pikmin, but instead the c++ version from sms.

That does mean I'll need to port all the current progress but still

EDIT: though cardUnlock is weird since it isn't in the jsystem c++ variant of jaudio but just defined in card

after even futher inspection I think Jaudio in this game is like a weird hodge podge of Jaudio C and Jaudio C++
since there are elements specifically from Jaudio c and also elements from Jaudio c++

its weird

I'm just going to have most of it in C and then parts like JAIBasic and JAIAnimeSound in c++ since thats what makes the most sense here

ok yeah this is defientelly an inbetween era of JAudio C and Jaudio C++

StreamCtrl_ is currently off and is very painful because of UNIONS

It'd be nice to have an outside view for that because its making me going crazy
