docker.io/brandoncc/vim-be-good does not run on my mac linux/amd64

Please mention this limitation in the documentation or improve the docker image.

I'm running into the same issue, but it appears to be a problem starting the Lua interpreter.
Specifying the docker platform when running the container returns an issue with the lua code.
