I noticed that after placing REFix.dll in the plugins folder that when I ran RE2 for the first time I got a notification from Win 11 that it was blocked due to not being signed.
I closed RE2 and restarted the game and and everything loaded fine and I got no notifications. After digging around in event viewer I found that it was blocked due to it "not meeting the Enterprise signing level requirements or violated code integrity policy". I was not sure if this is just normal REFramework behavior or Win 11 weirdness.
I was just wondering if you have to restart the game the first time you run the mod? I know you have to restart it when you install REFramework, but I didn't see it stated that you did after placing the mod in the plugins folder so I just thought I would ask.
Thanks
