Is there a version of the BinaryUploadPlugin working with tiddlyweb 2.1.4, tiddlywebwiki 0.69, tiddlywebplugins.form 0.11 and without tiddlyspace?
Version 0.3.16 produces "upload of file VerSuch3 failed" and a Tiddler with name "4af413e7-dec0-4033-ae6d-0f9bdda90dc1" and content:
