manual input parameters from dds.pro not considered by optimzation

When using the dds-pro algorithm for calibration, it seems that not always the best solution is found. One way to fix this is to manually insert known good parameter sets into the dds.pro file to get the calibration started from this point. Nevertheless, these manually inserted parameter sets don't seem to be considered by the optimization algorithm. This was the case when calibrating WASA-SED.

Please provide the respective *.pro and *.log file and indicate, which parameter set you inserted at what iteration.

The manipulated dds.pro is attached (better settings were implemented in line 6) as well as the dds.log. When continueing calibration, the objective function didn't get anywhere near the result stored in dds.pro.
