I have a question regarding the "Truncated" category mentioned in the out.log file. Specifically, I would like to know if "Truncated" genes are included in the count of pseudogenes. In other words, does the number of pseudogenes also account for truncated genes, such that the total number of genes equals the sum of pseudogenes and functional genes?
