Clarify license

In the README, it says:

The files in this repository are (currently) unlicensed but are likely to be released under a Free / Open Source license later.

Is there any ETA for setting a proper open source license on the Toucan contracts etc?

Hi folks, sorry for slow reply - hopefully better late than never?! We don't have a precise timeline yet, it should be on the sooner side given this announcement we just made:

Regarding which license, I'm currently leaning towards GPL-3.0 but open to alternative suggestions.
