The profile should support the necessary accessibilty fields. Also the profile should be based on the EPIP or EPIAP data and use the references that were defined there.
NAP interoperability only works, when lines, journeys, stops etc can be identified between NAP (when they are the same). This needs some kind of master data management and processes. This should be reflected in a chapter of the profile.
