If an EVA kerbal is carrying the SC-62 Portable Container from Kerbal Inventory System, Alternate Resource Panel shows the kerbal carrying twice as much EVA fuel (10 units) as it actually has; stock resource panel shows the default 5 units. If you ask ARP to display all parts with EVA fuel, it lists the kerbal and the SC-62 as carrying 5 units separately (see screenshot). I've verified that the SC-62 does not contain fuel storage of any kind (in particular, if the kerbal burns some fuel with the container off, then puts it on, ARP shows the reduced amount on both parts).
This bug does not require any mods other than Alternate Resource Panel and Kerbal Inventory System (and KIS's prerequisites, Community Category Kit and Module Manager) to reproduce.
