transfer this repo to Oxide

I heard on the June 27 When Async Attacks! Oxide and Friends episode that @bcantrill was hoping this could be transferred over to Oxide.

We've no problem doing this so long as:

• We effectively just invert parent/child between OxideComputer/statemap (new parent) and TritonDataCenter/statemap (new child). In case we have anything depending on it. Also, we should do s/joyent/TritonDataCenter/ OR s/joyent/OxideComputer/ should happen where appropriate as encountered.

• OxideComputer/statemap includes the last-joyent branch, which is a glorified marker of commit 04cc10f

I'll get a hold of @bcantrill and see how we can make this happen.
