Macro frequency set to 1 frame does not work

Setting a macro frequency to 1 frame in NetherSX2 appears to do nothing.

The macro either:

• does not execute properly, or
• behaves the same as if the setting was ignored.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create any macro.
2. Set frequency to 1 frame.
3. Run the macro.

Expected behavior:
The macro should execute once every frame.

Actual behavior:
The 1 frame setting has no effect / does not work.
